Held once a month on Sunday evenings, Alchemy Sanctuary blends restful practices—like Yin, Yoga Nidra, Sound Alchemy, Meditation, and Reiki—to help soothe the nervous system and support inner shifts. Each gathering is curated with intuition and intention.
Participants will also be invited into quiet reflection or light connection through a shared question or journal prompt—fostering a soft sense of community without pressure. This is a space to simply be. To breathe. To remember the medicine of togetherness and stillness.
