Sacred Stillness is a nourishing journey into rest, renewal, and radiant presence as we cross the threshold into a new season. In honor of the Autumn Equinox -- the balance point of day and night -- we gather in sacred space to honor duality within and align with nature’s rhythms.

Tiff and Sarah will guide you through intention setting, guided meditation, Yin yoga, sound healing, and Reiki, you’ll be invited to surrender into stillness and restore your energy. We’ll create space for group sharing to anchor your insights and celebrate this day of equilibrium together. We look forward to holding you in the stillness.
